In This Moment
Enjoy Sitting
In the moment
In this moment
I feel the loss of my lifetime
from the least significant of possessions
to the most important of persons
All have left an imprint on my life
Some losses have shook the very foundation of my soul
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
I see the beauty of this lifetime
The moments I have let myself love so completely
I was Nirvana
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
I notice the green of the hillside
freshly watered so lovingly by the sky
relaxing in the bright sun
the breeze running through it’s tender forms
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
I feel sure that by my very nature,
I’ll risk my heart again
such a part of me to be close
in the deep ways of the human and of the spirit
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
I feel so afraid that this world,
with it’s intended cruelties and it’s random acts of natural chaos
will never again let me fully trust or love that innocently
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
I wonder if my pull to live from the spirit
while experiencing the human
will ever be fully integrated
to bring the peace, joy, love and connection
I need
to
Enjoy Sitting
In this moment
